Team Kiss R Azzes Mandate:

Our motto is "Win or lose, you can "Kiss R Azzes". We are all about having some fackin' fun while takin' names and kickin' azz!....OR not. Point being we are here to have fun and game with our boys, and if we happen to win a championship great, if not, we had a blast anyway. Beyond this, Team Kiss R Azzes exists to provide a means for like-minded Gamerz to connect with each other and perfect their individual and team skillz. Our inception began with the launch of Ghost Recon for XBOX Live and will continue to evolve as new games enter the market that have a strong team-based component requiring both strategy and mad skillz in order to defeat opponents.

:: Our Members ::

Our members come from all walks of life. Students of all ages to professionals in business, engineering, and the like. We host members from many racial and ethnic backgrounds around the world. Member personalities vary the spectrum as well. From quiet and timid, to blunt and opinionated. While the use of expletives is quite common place we try to honor everyones wishes and respect their beliefs, but thats a two way street. So those that are easily offended, have racial inhibitions, and/or fear diversity need not apply.

:: Participation ::

One of the single most important factors in maintaining active membership status on Team Kiss R Azzes is participation. The only way that Kiss R Azzes is going to reach the top and stay on top is if all members of the clan get involved. Members are expected to actively participate in:

** Website **

Our website is an invaluable tool. One of the most important aspects of team management is effective match scheduling; this is even more important for matches that affect our 'Digital Combat' ranking. Members are expected to visit the site on a regular basis and indicate their availability for scheduled matches and practices. This cannot be stressed enough - If you are not available, fine... but we still expect you to notify the team regardless of availability.

Remember that CENTCOM is always keeping track of who is around and who is not. We will try to get everyone in the rotation but if there is more that one player available for a given spot on a line up, those that signed up will get offered the spot first.

** Practices **

We expect all members to be visiting the site, reading forums, coaching one another, learning, and sharing ideas. In addition, members are expected to participate in scheduled practices..( see KRA Host Schedule). This is a vital tool in our success as a bad ass elite team. Everyone involved in practice should be 'actively' involved and know what their specific responsibilities are and otherwise contribute ideas for improving the teams overall game-play.

:: Representation ::

It is vital to the founders of Kiss R Azzes that we maintain a certain level of maturity and respectability amongst the gaming community. Frankly, this is the single most important factor in deciding who will be invited to join the clan.

Members are expected to represent Kiss R Azzes with honor, skill, and good sportsmanship. Everyone on this team was chosen for their individual skill, but more importantly was your attitude. Your skill will not buy you latitude when it comes to this matter. While intelligent Smack Talk is completely acceptable (even encouraged), personal attacks, racial slurs, and arguments that otherwise venture beyond the boundaries of good old-fashioned friendly banter will not be tolerated. Smack talking is intended to be good clean fun. Again, we are all here to have fun with our 'friends'! Cheating, glitching or in anyway using flaws in the programming of a game, in official clan matches will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If you can’t play clean and have a good time then you are not welcome here.

We have heard some stories of individuals (not Kiss R Azzes members) logging on to various gaming websites, impersonating other members, and spamming the site with all sorts of crude and reprehensible posts. This is considered a capital offense by Team Kiss R Azzes. If we find that a member of our team is doing such things their membership will be IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. There will be no warnings or suspensions in this matter. Quite simply...you are gone.

:: Reporting offenses ::

If you have a complaint about a Kiss R Azzes member, there are proper channels by which you should handle the situation. If you suspect a Kiss R Azzes member of an offense or if he is just generally pissing you off, hold your tongue, and talk to your teammate 1v1 and work it out. If you aren’t comfortable talking to your teammate about it, grow up, get some big boy pants or contact CENTCOM

If you are in a match and something very uncool is going down, play your game, keep your dignity intact, and quietly notify a member of Centcom. Let CENTCOM handle the dirty work. Nothing is worse than falsely accusing someone of cheating or otherwise being an asshole. If it is a complaint about a [KrA] member, CENTCOM will take care of it. If it is a complaint about another clan or individual, CENTCOM will notify the league and the Digital Combat guys will handle it. DO NOT AIR OUT DIRTY LAUNDRY IN A MATCH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
